Vendor Setup

As the vendor area may not be busy at all times, please review the schedule and choose the setup time that you feel will be best suited to your product.

Set-up Times
Friday, August 24th 12:00PM to 6:00PM – Rally site
Saturday, August 25th 8:00AM to 11:00AM
Sunday, August 26th By appointment

Vendors must follow the above setup schedule, due to street closures.

Vendors must dismantle their booths and clean their immediate area between 6:00 to 8:00PM, Sunday August 26th. 

Any vendor that has a tent or canopy must assure it is no more than the size of the rented space. Tents and canopies must be a fire resistant material. Vendors must adhere to any by-laws of the Town of Shediac. We could be inspected at any point during set-up or the duration of our events.

Requests for power must be made at the time of application. Vendors must provide their own extension cords to hook up to power source.

It is required that all food vendors be licensed by the New Brunswick Department of Public Health. Please include a copy of your license with your application.
